    Montana’s Sen. Jon Tester was one of only 18 senators who voted “no” Monday on a deal to end the shutdown of the federal government and fund the government for another two-and-a-half weeks. Montana’s other U.S. senator, Republican Steve Daines, voted for the procedural motion that passed 81-18 to allow a vote on the deal.

    Montana’s Sen. Jon Tester was one of only 18 senators who voted “no” Monday on a deal to end the shutdown of the federal government and fund the government for another two-and-a-half weeks.
