THOMPSON FALLS - The man who is accused of a brutal murder of a Dixon man will use insanity as his defense.
Nathan Calvert appeared in Sanders County District Court Tuesday morning after he recently completed a mental health evaluation in the Montana State Hospital in Warm Springs.
