Ecology Project International marking 10 years

Ecology Project International is celebrating 10 years of involving youth in conservation. The Missoula community is invited to EPI's open house celebration on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There will be free local food, live music, and family friendly activities during Sunday Streets Missoula.

Missoula's Higgins Ave. to be car-free Sunday

This Sunday Higgins Avenue goes car-free for Sunday Streets Missoula. From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Higgins Avenue will be opened completely to bicycle and pedestrian traffic for a variety of family events. For details, click here.

Bitterroot Public Library now open Saturdays

Fun run to help Lolo school sports programs

The Lolo School Booster Club's Fun Run will be held this Saturday in Lolo. The start and finish will be at the Tyler Way entrance to the Lolo Shopping Center. Registration will be from 7:30 to 8:30, and the race will begin at 9:00. Registration forms are available by clicking here.

Herb Walk set for Missoula

Meadowsweet Herbs will host the Herb Walk on Saturday at Greenough Park. The free event will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Participants should meet at Meadowsweet Herbs, located at 180 South 3rd Street West. For more information visit their website.

United Veteran's Council hosting 9/11 rememberance

Each year the United Veteran's Council hosts a public ceremony to honor the men and women that died on September 11th, 2001 by calling it the "Never Forget" Service. The event will take place this Saturday evening at 7:00 at Rose Memorial Garden Park. For more information call 251-5116.
