Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest

No purchase necessary, void where prohibited.

Must be between 8-12 years of age to Participate. Parent or guardian must claim, and sign for, the prize on behalf of the winner.

Employees and their families of KPAX Communications are not eligible to participate in the “Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest”. Family is defined as spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, child or anyone currently married to any of the previously stated.

Watch KPAX Television during the Months of January and February for instructions to enter the “Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest”.

To enter go to KPAX Administration offices at 1049 West Central Avenue between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Entry deadline is Wednesday February 8, 2012 at 3pm.

Only one entry per child. Multiple entries may result in disqualification from the contest.

Two “Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest” winners will be drawn, 1 Boy & 1 Girl,  at random from among all qualified entrants, submitted on an official registration form.

Winner will be drawn Wednesday February 8 at 4pm (1 boy and 1 girl will be chosen).  

Odds of winning depend on number of correct entries.

Winners will be notified by phone with instructions on how to receive their prize package.

Three attempts will be made from 4pm on Wednesday 2/8/2012 and 2 pm on Thursday 2/9/2012. In the event we are unable to speak with official guardian of the winner another name will be drawn, qualified and called. This procedure will be followed until a winner is determined.

 Grand Prize Winners will receive: A family (4) pack of tickets, meet and greet prior to the game, Trotter t-shirt and autographed basketball.

Winners will be instructed on how to claim their prize. Prizes can be picked up during normal Business hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm at KPAX Studios located at 1049 W. Central Ave, Missoula, Mt.

Cash value of all prizes is $0.

A representative of KPAX Communications will make all decisions associated with the awarding of any prize in the “Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest”. All decisions are final.

A representative of KPAX Communications can modify rules at any time without notice.

Any and all tax, fee or additional cost associated with any prize won during the “Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest”, is responsibility of the winner.

Participants assume all responsibility for bodily injury before, during and after the “Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest” or from or due to use of any prize won in the “Harlem Globetrotters Ball Girl/Ball Boy Contest”.

Winners agree to allow their names and likeness to be used by Montana’s News Station, and the sponsors of this contest, for promotional advertising with no compensation.
