Two facing drug charges in Helena

HELENA - Two people have been arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs in Helena.

Police arrested Rochelle Neel-Smith, 40, after she allegedly made drug deals outside of a Helena casino on Tuesday night.

Neel-Smith was charged with intent to sell methamphetamine as well as criminal possession of dangerous drugs, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police also arrested Cory Dean Olson, 36, for possession of meth, oxycodone, and marijuana.

The probable cause report states that two vehicles were parked on the north side of the Lucky Lil's Casino off Custer Avenue, and the people in and near the vehicles were engaging in suspicious activity.

Several drug-related items were seized from the vehicles where the drug transactions allegedly took place.

Neel-Smith and Olson are in jail, with bond set at $25,000 for each of them.
