BUTTE COUNTY, CA- Two men are under arrest after they were found at a home with more than three tons of marijuana, worth millions of dollars.

On Monday, detectives in Butte County served a search warrant for the home along Oroville-Quincy Highway. Inside they found two rooms dedicated to growing marijuana, plus three outdoor plots with more marijuana plants.

The two men at the home, identified as Rui Hu, 31, and Harry Liao, 48, were arrested for the cultivation and sales of marijuana and for being armed in the commission of a felony.

Both were reportedly armed with handguns and a shotgun when deputies arrived. One of the guns traced back to a Vallejo home burglary in 2011.
