KAJ Anchor and Producer Angela Marshall graduated from the University of Montana in the spring of 2005 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Angela has a Hearst Award and two Society of Professional Journalists Awards under her belt.

She is a native to the state of Montana. Originally from the small town of Seeley Lake, Montana, just south of the Swan Valley, Angela's love for the outdoors began at a young age. To this day, she enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, and snowmobiling. She can also be found racing her two brothers down Montana's ski hills.

Angela attributes her love for journalism to her family. She says if she did not grow up with two rowdy brothers and a sister, she would not be so inquisitive. And what do reporters do best? Ask questions! She believes everyone has a story to tell. And journalism is simply the art of storytelling.

Prior to anchoring the KAJ 5:30 and 10:00 News, Angela spent several years anchoring and producing Montana This Morning on KAJ and KPAX.
