BIGFORK-Since winning an international award in August, sales and distribution increased for the Whistling Andy Distillery in Bigfork.

Owner Brian Anderson says the distillery is now in its early stages of distributing alcohol out-of-state for the first time and next week, they will send 60 cases of alcohol to Canada.

Anderson says the next out-of-state location they will ship to will either be Oregon or Texas, which they hope will happen sometime this month.

Anderson also plans on renovating the distillery later this month, which will add on another 1,600 square feet of space.
