Searchers have found the crash and the body of a missing Wyoming man who died on a flight from Stevensville last week.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports a search team located the wreckage on the plane Saturday morning in wooded terrain near the boundary between Sublette and Lincoln counties. The body of 63-year old Miles McGinnis of LaBarge, Wyoming was found inside.

The plane had been missing since it flew out of the Bitterroot Valley on November 17th. The search had concentrated in Western Wyoming where the Cessna 182 disappeared off radar, but efforts have been hampered by snow and poor weather that limited searching from the air.

Authorities were planning to recover McGinnis' body Sunday morning.
