ST. IGNATIUS - A little girl who was in the backseat of her mother's car was flown to a Spokane hospital on Thursday night after she was seriously hurt in a crash.

The wreck happened at around 4:30 p.m. when a woman pulled into oncoming traffic on U.S. Highway 93 North.

The driver was ejected but not critically hurt, and an older child crawled out of the wreckage, but also escaped life-threatening injuries. The three are from the Saint Ignatius area.

Montana Highway Patrol troopers say no one had on seatbelts and that alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
