EAST MISSOULA - A 27-year old Clinton man is now facing his fifth DUI charge after allegedly driving drunk and rolling his pickup in East Missoula on Thursday afternoon.

The Montana Highway Patrol says the man was reported to be spinning doughnuts in the River City Grill parking lot in Bonner.

They say he then drove east on Highway 200 toward East Missoula when he illegally passed a vehicle.

He then lost control of his truck when he attempted to pass another vehicle, drove up a hill and then flipped his pickup truck.

When MHP officers arrived on the scene they said they found the man drinking a beer inside his vehicle.

The man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and is now facing his fifth DUI count as well as reckless driving and illegal passing charges.
