POLSON - A convicted killer who was released from custody last week and returned only days later, will be in court Wednesday.
Clifford Oldhorn was originally sentenced to life in prison without parole in the 2005 death of 73-year-old Harold Mitchell Jr., a former Confederated Salish and Kootenai tribal chairman.
A judge ordered Oldhorn's release after ruling his confession was not given voluntarily. But then a few days later, Oldhorn returned to jail for violating his conditions of release.
Oldhorn is scheduled to have a probation hearing in Lake County District Court on Wednesday.
