CROW AGENCY- Crow Tribal Chair Cedric Black Eagle said he may declare a disaster after declaring an emergency on Saturday due to flooding.

Interstate 90 is closed from Hardin all the way to the Wyoming state line and flooding on the I-90 at Highway 212 in Crow Agency is one of the reasons for the closure.

Crow officials say this is where the Little Big Horn River, Lodge Grass Creek and Pass Creek come together.

People from Lodge Grass can get as far as this exit and then have to take a boat. Black Eagle says flooding has isolated Lodge Grass, Pryor and Fort Smith.
