MISSOULA- A Missoula business owner says she is working with law enforcement and local agencies after a 10-year-old boy allegedly sexually assaulted a 5-year-old boy at Busy Hands Drop-In Daycare.

"Our top priority is the safety of the children and always has been. So, we always keep that in mind when we're watching children and we're always on top of that. This is an unfortunate incident, we will make any corrections needed to make sure this doesn't happen again," says Dawn, the co-owner of Busy Hands.

The owners of Busy Hands Daycare say on Wednesday night, employees checked on the two boys, who were watching a movie.

The employee went to check on the other children and when they returned to the room, the 5-year-old boy said he had been touched inappropriately. Both boys' parents were called and the two children were picked up from the South Avenue facility.

The owners say they've placed boxes over the light switches, so the light is always on throughout the daycare, and said they are meeting with Child Protective Services this week to discuss the incident.

The Missoula Police Department says the boys were playing a game of truth or dare when the inappropriate sexual contact occurred. Detectives say they're investigating the incident and not the daycare.
