DARBY - We're learning more about a rollover accident near Darby that left one man is dead and four other people hurt.
Family members say the man who died early Saturday was engaged to be married next month.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports the crash happened on Old Darby Road near the Moles Lane intersection, north of town.
The driver failed to negotiate a curve, lost control, and went through a fence before the vehicle rolled over.
The wreck happened just after midnight, and there were five young adults in the vehicle at the time. Jon Trouten, 20, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
His family told us that Jon was engaged to one of the women in the car, Ali Nott, 18, and they planned to marry next month. She is now at home recovering from a head injury.
Three other people were also ejected from the vehicle, a 26-year-old man, a 21-year-old woman and another 18-year-old woman, who were all from the Darby area. They were taken to Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton.
MHP dispatchers say seatbelts were not being used and that speed and alcohol were both factors in this accident.
