BOZEMAN- Few details are being released about a fatal crash on Interstate 90 in Bozeman earlier this week that claimed the life of a Bozeman woman.
The cause of the one-vehicle crash and other details remain under investigation, according to Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Josh Giddings. Giddings did say the road was wet, but not icy on the morning of the crash but referred other questions to the county attorney's office.
Deputy County Attorney Todd Whipple could not be reached but said on Thursday that no information was being released at that time.
The crash killed Jennifer Soule, 38, and injured her husband, Michael, who remains in critical condition in Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.
The crash happened at about 1:50 a.m. Wednesday at mile post 304 on Interstate 90. Authorities closed the westbound lanes of I-90 between Bozeman and Belgrade for a few hours. The road was reopened by 7 a.m.
