MISSOULA- A Missoula man was ordered to "book and release" at the jail where he recently worked as a detention officer.
Michael Gauci is charged with burglary and tampering with evidence, since being accused of filming several women in a Splash Montana dressing room.
Prosecutors say Gauci hung a camera over the top of a stall and videotaped the women last Saturday.
Investigators caught up with Gauci at the water park after the husband of one of the victims detained him and waited for officers to arrive. Police found three videos of adult women at Splash Montana on Gauci's camera.
Gauci is out on special court conditions. He can't have contact with the alleged victims and he's restrained from Splash Montana.
Missoula County Sheriff Carl Ibsen fired Gauci earlier this week after he was charged for the alleged incident.
