MISSOULA- A Dillon man has been sentenced in federal court in Missoula after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography.
Michael L. Wilke, 27, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy to six years in prison and 15 years supervised release. He must also forfeit his computer.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says that Wilke admitted that he downloaded child pornography onto his computer, admitted he sought out child pornography and explained how he downloaded the files.
The investigation was a cooperative effort between the Montana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Helena Police Department, and the Montana Division of Criminal Investigation.
