MISSOULA- A fire broke out at Missoula's Roseburg Forest Products Company Monday afternoon, putting a halt to particle board production at the plant.
Missoula fire crews responded to a dryer fire at the facility just after 2 p.m. with the plant manager saying the wood inside the dryer caught fire, but the automatic extinguishing equipment kicked in right away.
No one was hurt during the incident, but the fire sparked a few smaller fires on the ground.
Employees helped hose down the building and cleaned up with the plant manager telling is production was expected to be back up and running by late Monday.
