A former Bozeman band member will be recognized nationally Monday.

Andrew Petroff,a former member of the Clintons, will be playing bass in the band Steel Magnolia on The Late Show With David Letterman.

Andrew is a Bozeman native who attended Bozeman High School and just out of high school, he joined the Bozeman-based band The Clintons in 2002.

Petroff has been touring with Steel Magnolia since early 2010. He has also opened for bands such as Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker and Josh Turner.
