Fans flocking to watch Missoula Maulers

MISSOULA- More folks than ever are flocking to the Glacier Ice Rink to watch the Missoula Maulers hit the ice.

The hockey club has already sold 15% more tickets through their first four home games this season they did last year, when they went on to play for the America West championship.

The Maulers are 7-2-1 so far this season and host Bozeman this Friday night for the Maulers white-out game, when fans can join the team in sporting their road jerseys on home ice.

In other Maulers news, the America West Hockey League selected forward Zach Paisley as one of its offensive players of the week. He scored a hat trick Saturday night in Gillette and is now the third leading scorer in the league.

Goalie McKinley Baum was also tapped as the co-defensive player of the week after saving 60 shots between the Maulers two road wins this past weekend.
