A former Yellowstone National Park employee convicted of viewing child pornography has been sentenced to five years probation.

Michael C. Emanuelson, 50, must also pay a $500 fine and a 100 special assessment fee, according to the sentence from Wyoming District Court Judge Clarence A. Brimmer.

Emanuelson, a former National Park Service property technician, reportedly used a government computer to view child pornography.

He will be required to register as a sex offender.
