MISSOULA - A Kalispell woman accused of pushing her husband off a cliff in Glacier National Park has been officially charged with murder.
The grand jury indictment came down late Thursday afternoon. Jordan Linn Graham has been charged with first degree murder, second degree murder and for making a false statement.
The death happened in Glacier National Park on July 7, after Graham told authorities she was arguing with her husband Cody Johnson and pushed him off the cliff. The couple was married just eight days before the death.
Graham will appear in U.S. District Court for her arraignment Friday at 1pm before Judge Jeremiah Lynch.
