Alleged Flathead drug ring leader's charges possibly dropped

KALISPELL- A man accused of running a drug ring in Flathead County, may walk away without any criminal charges.
29-year-old Kevin Gaethle and three other men allegedly broke into a Happy Valley home this year and held a 16-year-old girl at gunpoint last summer.
Gaethle faces one county of robbery, one county of accountability to robbery, and one count of theft.
Thursday, the state motioned to dismiss all of those charges.
They are awaiting a judge's decision on whether they will be dismissed.
