KPAX and Papa Murphy's will team up for a Summer Blood Drive on July 5th and it's your chance to give the gift of life.

You can donate blood and eat free hot pizza at the KPAX studios at 1049 West Central Avenue in Missoula from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.

The Red Cross has experienced a starling drop in the number of people giving blood in recent weeks, meaning that our community's blood reserves are bordering on critical levels for more than 30 local hospitals.

All bold types are needed, but there is a critical need for O positive, O negative, B negative and A negative donors.

Your generosity could pay with a ticket to summer fun. If you make a Red Cross blood drive donation in the month of July you can enter for a chance to win a $25 or $100 Ticketmaster Gift Certificate.
