BILLINGS- A 35-year-old Laurel woman learned her fate on Friday after being sentenced for driving the wrong way on Interstate 90, causing a crash that killed a Billings man.
Kristy Fox was driving a white SUV when she collided with a red Buick sedan, killing 47-year-old Jon Dano of Billings.
Fox's blood alcohol content was three times over the legal limit after the crash and she was sentenced to 20 years, and fined $10,000, for the charge of vehicular homicide.
She also faces 10 years for criminal endangerment, but the two sentences will be served concurrently.
