LEWISTOWN- The man who's charged in a Lewistown stabbing incident has been released on bail.

Felix Van Slyke, 27, called Montana's News Station on Sunday to talk about the incident and says he came home from work around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday night to a party at his house.

He walked into a back room where he says he found 22-year-old Jacob Stough raping his wife.

Van Slyke says he beat the man up but says Stough wouldn't leave and told us he then got a knife to threaten Stough to leave but says he still wouldn't.

Police say they got a 911 call reporting a man was stabbed in the abdomen.

Van Slyke was charged with assault with a weapon. He posted $35,000 bond and was released from jail.

Stough was arrested on three warrants.
