LIBBY- A Libby woman who is accused of triggering a standoff with law enforcement says she's not guilty.

Gloria Sprinkle, 53, reportedly fired a rifle at her husband who escaped unhurt and then fired another round during the standoff that ensued and lasted roughly 18½ hours last month.

Sprinkle pleaded not guilty to criminal endangerment and two counts of assault with a weapon during a Monday court appearance.

Prosecutors asked that Sprinkle undergo a mental evaluation, which she objected to, but the judge granted the evaluation anyway.

Sprinkle is set to appear in court next on June 11th.
