SUPERIOR- A football coaching legend in Western Montana is moving on as Dan Lucier is leaving Superior High School after spending 31 years in Mineral County.
Lucier told Montana's News Station on Tuesday that he's accepted a job at Pullman High School in Washington where he'll coach football and be the dean of students.
While he told us he's sad to leave Western Montana, he's ready for a change and has always enjoyed eastern Washington.
Superior is losing its head track coach too, Dan's wife Torey, who is currently in Butte coaching the upcoming high school all-star meet.
