GREAT FALLS A Great Falls man has been arrested following a shooting incident that occurred at about 1:15 a.m. on Sunday.
Isaac Tray Brown allegedly shot at a car being driven by a 21-year-old woman while her 4-year-old daughter was also in the car.
Neither the woman nor her child were injured.
The woman said that she was driving her vehicle when Brown cut her off; when she tried to get away from his vehicle, he reportedly fired his gun at her car.
Police discovered a dent in the passenger front door consistent with a bullet strike and also found three shell casings at the intersection of 7th Street and 3rd Avenue South.
The woman identified the driver as Isaac Tray Brown, 23, and said that there was another man in the car.
Brown was arrested a short time later in the vicinity of the shooting based on outstanding warrants.
Police say they found marijuana on him and later discovered ammunition in the back of the squad car that he was transported in.
Brown admitted to authorities that he did shoot the gun, and that he was aware there was a child in the other car.
He is facing charges of felony assault with a weapon, felony criminal endangerment, and misdemeanor possession of dangerous drugs.
Bond for Brown has been set at just over $63,000.
