MISSOULA- A 25-year-old man has been charged with three misdemeanors after allegedly breaking into a University District sorority house on August 26 looking for an ex-girlfriend.
Chase Bert Callen allegedly knocked on the Kappa Alpha Theta door and asked to see a former resident. He was then told she didn't live there, according to court papers.
Documents say Callen then started knocking on windows around the house, and shortly after residents found Callen inside the house.
"They began screaming, and the house mother chased [Callen] out of the house with a stick," according to the charging document.
Residents found a screen on the house cut open. Officers said they found Callen close by the house, and that he appeared to be very drunk.
Callen is charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, misdemeanors punishable by jail time and a combined $1,600 in fines.
