KALISPELL - A man who is accused of shooting out the tires on his girlfriend's car while their toddler was inside the vehicle pleaded not guilty to the charges in Flathead County District Court last week.
Eric Bush is facing felony assault with a weapon and felony criminal endangerment charges after an October 31st incident where it's alleged that Bush and his girlfriend had an argument and Bush hit her car with a broom.
When the woman tried to leave with the toddler in the backseat, Bush retrieved a handgun and shot out her tires according to court papers. No one was injured in the incident.
Bush faces up to 20 years in prison if he's convicted on the charges.
