MISSOULA- A man is facing an eighth DUI conviction after he crashed his motorcycle on Mullan Road over the weekend.
Prosecutors said Dale Blaine Fite and another man were driving from the Frenchtown Club before the wreck.
Montana Highway Patrol troopers said they smelled alcohol on Fite, and allegedly he told officers he couldn't say how much he had to drink.
Fite's blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit when he provided a breath test on the scene.
Prosecutors say Fite has seven prior DUI convictions and a suspended license out of Utah.
