SUPERIOR- Michael B. Loftis, a 35-year-old Helena Valley man, has been found dead near Superior. Loftis had been missing for nearly two weeks and authorities had asked for the public's help in locating him.

Loftis was reported missing by his wife on January 16th and reports say that the couple had a confrontation and Michael Loftis than left.

Loftis also reportedly bought a gun at Capital Sports & Western the day before he disappeared. The circumstances of Loftis' death are being investigated and we will update you as we learn more.
