GREAT FALLS - A man will spend five years behind bars at the Montana State Prison after being convicted of beating a man west of Great Falls and stealing his pickup truck last year.
Matthew Lamb and Sidney Aimsback were arrested in April after they were accused of severely beating a man at a residence on Wilderness Lane, west of Great Falls.
They then drove off with the victim's Dodge truck and were apprehended in Flathead County.
Aimsback was sentenced to 15 years at the Montana State Women's Prison, with 10 of those years suspended last month.
Lamb received the same sentence: 15 years, with 10 of those years suspended.
Both Lamb and Aimsback were ordered to pay more than $15,000 in restitution to the victim as part of the sentence.
