MISSOULA- Two University of Montana students are in jail after they allegedly forced their way into a UM fraternity house and attacked the people inside.

Marc Kenneth Cooper and Patrick Sobba are both facing a felony burglary charge after being accused of showing up at the Sigma Nu fraternity house on Gerald Avenue late Friday night and trying to get in.

The person who opened the door didn't let them in, so they came back later in the night and tried again, police said.

Prosecutors say when Cooper and Sobba came back, when the man opened the door, they pushed him inside and started punching him and at least three others who were inside the house.

Cooper and Sobba were eventually forced out and officers arrested them later that night.

Both men were released on special court conditions.
