Missoula bridge inspection prompting lane closures

MISSOULA- Drivers heading into the Garden City on Monday will want to avoid the Orange Street Bridge if at all possible.
The Montana Department of Transportation has closed the northbound lanes on the bridge so that they can perform their routine bridge inspection.
Commuters show expect periodic closures of the northbound lanes on Monday, and then crews will flip around on Tuesday and will be shutting down the southbound lanes on the bridge.
Crews inspected the Higgins Avenue and Madison Street bridges in Missoula last month which prompted similar closures.
