Missoula CPA still fighting tax changes

Back in October a Missoula CPA filed a federal lawsuit to flush out what she calls the 'criminal' way the state came up with current property value assessments.

So, Patty Lovaas went to Helena to make a case to a Department of Revenue committee saying the way it rated property values was flawed even illegal.

That suit says the state violated the Fourteenth Amendment concerning equal taxation and due process rights.
