MISSOULA - Going shopping might have been good for you Saturday, as more than 50 booths promoting health care spanned the hallways of Southgate Mall for the 16th annual Chamber Health Fair.
The health fair offered free massages, spine and blood pressure screenings and other services, giving Missoulians the chance to take care of themselves without spending a dime.
Chamber of Commerce Director of Programs and Events Darr Tocknodd says the fair had information for kids all the way up to seniors.
"Everything from chiropractic, information about dentistry, health care, medicaid, insurance, different resources for seniors, different non-profits; so just a nice wide variety of health related information."
Even the Humane Society of Western Montana brought animals in to promote adoptions and senior cats for seniors, While educating people about how an animal companion can do for lowering blood pressure and stress levels.
