MISSOULA- The Missoula Osprey are back in their home nest and will kick off a seven-game homestand on Friday night at Ogren Park Allegiance Field.

The return to Missoula will feature more than just Pioneer League baseball, with the team offering up several giveaways and special events, including an Osprey cap giveaway, a float to the game and a special jersey night.

Friday and Saturday's games will be the final games of the first half of the season and the homestand will kick off with a pair of events. Cap Night is Friday, and the first 750 fans through the gates get a new Osprey cap. It's also photo night where fans will be able to head down to the field and have their pictures taken with their favorite Osprey player, coach, or with Ollie Osprey.

Saturday marks the Third Annual Tough Enough To Wear Pink Jersey Night and the Osprey will be wearing a pink camouflage jersey which will be auctioned off during the game. Bids can be made by visiting the Tough Enough To Wear Pink Jersey Auction Page on MissoulaOsprey.com.

Saturday also marks Game Show Night, as the Osprey promotional staff will honor another popular game show, and Launch-A-Ball will take place following the game. Numbered tennis balls are sold for $1 each. Following the game, fans throw their tennis ball(s) on the field toward colored hoops in an attempt to win cash and prizes.

There are also spots still available for what the Osprey say is one of the most unique promotions in all of professional baseball, Float to the Game, which will take place on Sunday. Fans will need to pre-purchase a package for the float and have until 5 p.m. on Saturday to sign up to take part in the Float to the Game.

Floaters will be taken from the stadium to waiting rafts that will take them on a guided float back to the stadium along the Clark Fork River, which will begin at 1 p.m. The floating fans will be fed a BBQ meal and all of those taking part will also get an Osprey cap and program.

Tickets for all Osprey home games are available now at the MSO Hub Box Office, located at 140 North Higgins in Downtown Missoula, online and by phone (406) 543.3300.
