MISSOULA- Missoula police are looking for a man in connection to a suspicious death investigation.

Officers responded to a home in the 700 block of Toole Avenue around 6:30 a.m. last Friday for an unattended death of a 39-year-old Missoula man.

Police say the man died in his own home and his roommate found him. Investigators believe that he died between the hours of 3 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., and say the cause of his death is still under investigation.

Police are hoping to find a man that they believe might be homeless and might go by the name "Al." Detectives say he's not a suspect, but they believe he was with the 39-year-old man before he was found dead.

They're hoping Al can give them some insight into what the victim was doing 24 hours before he died.

Anyone with information about the man whom police are seeking is asked to call Crimestoppers (406) 721.4444 or Missoula Police Detective Mark Blood (406) 552.6281.
