After 46 years in business, a long-time Missoula sporting goods store is closing its doors. Brady's Sportsman Surplus is going out of business because owner Terry Brady is retiring.
The closure means approximately 30 people will lose their jobs. Brady said his staff is like family, since many employees worked there for more than 20 years.
"There are a lot of tears in all our eyes that we can't continue, but this is where we're headed" he told us.
The store remains closed on Wednesday so staffers can go through the inventory. Brady says the doors open Thursday morning with "across the board" discounts until everything is sold.
