MISSOULA- A Butte man is facing charges for buying pot at a Mining City medical marijuana dispensary and then selling it to a man in Missoula. Darwin Bailey has been charged with felony criminal distribution of dangerous drugs after prosecutors say Missoula drug task force officers met with a man last August who said he bought marijuana from Bailey and was going to sell it in Missoula.

HAMILTON- The Hamilton School District is considering putting cameras on its school buses after a student pulled out a knife on the bus last month. The incident happened on January 12th when Hamilton Police say a high school student brought the knife and pulled it out during a food fight.

MISSOULA- University of Montana College of Technology Assistant Professor Bradley Layton will be providing the keynote address at the upcoming Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Summit (STEM) which will take place Friday in Bellevue, Washington.

BUTTE- The two Montana Tech students who are accused of firing a gun near campus, prompting a lockdown early Sunday, have been identified. Clayton Giesick, 22, and Joshua Clark, 23, are charged with criminal endangerment. Clark was charged with two misdemeanors for possession of dangerous drugs and paraphernalia.

BOZEMAN- Southwestern Montana has a new emergency air ambulance service available, as Summit Air is now providing critical services and transportation to remote or rural locations in the region. Unlike a fixed-wing aircraft, Summit Air's emergency helicopter can not only land anywhere, but brings with it a crucial level of care to the field.

Brock Osweiler of Kalispell became the first true freshman in nearly 20 years to start as a quarterback at Arizona State University In his freshman year of college and this past fall, he re-wrote the school's record book for passing when he threw for over 4,000 yards on the season. Osweiler had a promising senior year to look forward to, but he was already looking ahead to something much bigger- the 2012 NFL draft.
