BUTTE- Police officers were dispatched to the alley behind 27 West Park for reported graffiti on Monday and upon arriving, they discovered around 20 tags in the alley and several other nearby locations.
The graffiti was also found on the side of the Terminal Food Center at Park and Dakota and in the parking lot of the Knights of Columbus.
The graffiti read "icon" in mostly blue paint and was done sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning.
The tag marks were quickly cleaned up by Juvenile Probation Officer Glen Granger and George Everett of Mainstreet Uptown Butte.
