FLORENCE- The Ravalli County Sheriff's Office is looking for an intruder who broke into a woman's home in Florence.
Ravalli County Undersheriff Perry Johnson says on September 17, just before 9:30 a.m., a woman living on Hidden Valley Road took her children to school and when she came back home, she saw a man standing in her hallway. She ran into another room and called for help, but the man took off before deputies arrived.
Johnson says the man didn't threaten the woman and her house was unlocked when she left to take the children to school. A team of investigators canvassed the area, but didn't find the suspect.
The man is described as being white, 25 to 35 years old, 5'10" with a thin build. He has a medium complexion, black hair and dark eyes.
Anyone who may know who this man is should call the Ravalli County Sheriff's Office at 406 363.3033 or Crimestoppers at (406) 721.4444.
