DEER LODGE - The Powell County Coroner says that Patricia Graves, 57, of Ronan died from blunt force trauma injuries while traveling as a passenger with her husband near Deer Lodge.

The crash happened in the eastbound lane of I-90 near mile marker 172 around noon on Tuesday, with witnesses saying that Christopher Kepler, 41, of Sand Point, Idaho was driving the wrong way on the Interstate at 95 mph.

Kepler hit Graves' 2004 Dodge truck head-on. The Powell County Attorney's office has not filed any charges as of Wednesday.
