MISSOULA Start your engines! Go-karts are up and running at The Hub on Expressway Boulevard.

Co-Owner, Norman Parmiter told Montana's News Station they opened the business Saturday and are starting to get a feel for things.

"We're just having a soft opening. We're taking anybody that comes in, but [we're] just getting our feet wet," Parmiter said.

The doors opened Saturday morning and owners said they've had a really good response. The Hub features laser tag, an arcade, food and of course indoor go-karts.

Parmiter said they've already had bookings for work parties and birthday parties. One boy got a surprise birthday party Saturday at The Hub, and he especially loved one particular feature:

"I really love those cars. They're awesome!" said Austin Magstadt.

And off-duty employee Nicole Dobbs was enjoying a day at The Hub with family and friends.

"It has something for little kids, adults and so having a birthday party here is the newest coolest thing. It's like the only place in Missoula to do it," she said.
