ARLEE - Arlee students are wearing 15-year-old jerseys and as you can imagine, they are falling apart.
But thanks to the One Class at a Time grant from Allegiance Benefit Plan Management and KPAX, they'll be able to purchase brand new jerseys for *all the students in their district to use.
Arlee Physical Education teacher Susan Carney Lammerding says it's important for kids to get their recommended exercise.
She adds team sports are always a student favorite, and now they'll know who is who.
"Well it's chaos if you don't have the right equipment, so you make do with what you do have and then you have to tie it around your waist or whatever, so this is perfect to get some new ones so that the creativity doesn't have to be well, whose team am I really on? It also settles a lot of arguments," Lammerding explained.
