MILES CITY- A man is dead after a house fire Sunday morning in Miles City.

Miles City Fire Rescue responded to 615 North Frist Street in Miles City to find smoke coming from the residence.

One victim was found during MCFR's primary search of the structure and was taken to Holy Rosary Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The fire was brought under control causing an estimated $10,000 in damage. The cause of the blaze in under investigation with help from the State Fire Marshal's Office.
