MISSOULA- The family and friends of a man missing since last Friday gathered Friday evening to continue their search.
Joshua Carter was last seen about midnight on September 7th while leaving the Frenchtown Club, and family members say he's not the type to just leave without telling anyone.
Some of his family and around 50 volunteers gathered at the Crossroads Travel Center at the Wye to resume searching. They focused on two areas in particular, around Mill Creek and Fred Lane, where Josh's cousin tells us his last known cell phone ping came from.
"He's just a marvelous, marvelous person and we all miss him very much and it just feels good to know that we have the community support and we encourage you and bless you for keeping him in your thoughts and prayers," Shellie Simpson said.
The family has created a Facebook page, and say unless there are new developments, search parties will continue looking this weekend.
